DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS
The external service provider will perform the following typical tasks and responsibilities:
System Development & Architecture: Designs and develops systems, translates requirements into functional designs, and prototypes software solutions.
Technical Leadership: Leads development teams, sets software development standards, and estimates effort and timelines for development tasks.
System Optimization: Optimizes software from performance, security, and quality perspectives while collecting and interpreting software metrics.
Problem Solving: Proposes technical solutions to address business needs and complex technical problems.
Documentation: Produces technical documentation and documents all development activities.
Lifecycle Support: Contributes to requirements analysis, system testing, quality assurance, change management, and deployment processes.
Operations & Support: Manages configuration and releases, acts as 2nd and 3rd line support, and tests solutions while developing dedicated testing tools.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
