Intela is hiring a TPM for a client — a FinTech company providing trade surveillance and transaction monitoring technology to financial institutions and regulators worldwide (20+ years in the market).

You’ll own client onboarding and lead delivery of the platform, acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams to turn requirements into technical outcomes that support compliance and regulatory goals. Client-facing role, occasionally onsite.

What you’ll do:

• Manage a portfolio of client technical onboardings, accelerating time-to-value
• Set clear expectations, goals, and delivery dates with client technical and compliance teams
• Act as primary liaison between clients and internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Solutions)

Requirements:

• 5+ years managing enterprise client implementation projects, ideally at SaaS or FinTech
• Technical orientation: conversant in REST APIs, ETL/data analysis, user authentication
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills; comfortable with senior stakeholders onsite
• Independent and effective in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with financial systems, market processes, and compliance workflows — a plus
• Jira, HubSpot, Zendesk — a plus
• PMP / Prince2 — a plus
