● Database Management: Design schema models, write optimized SQL queries, and work with ORMs (e.g., SQLAlchemy) alongside relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
● System Integration & Scalability: Integrate third-party APIs and services while ensuring low latency, high availability, and strong security standards.
● Mentorship & Collaboration: Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and DevOps teams; mentor junior and mid-level engineers to elevate the team’s overall technical capability.

Must haves
● 4+ years of professional backend software development experience using Python.

● API & Microservices: Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade REST APIs and distributed microservices architectures.
● Databases: Strong proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks.
● Testing: Commitment to writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using frameworks like Pytest.
● Version Control: Advanced proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows (Pull Requests, branching strategies, code reviews).
● Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to haves
● CI/CD & DevOps Tools: Solid hands-on experience with Docker (writing optimized Dockerfiles and Docker Compose).
● Highly desirable experience setting up and managing GitHub Actions workflows for automated testing and deployment.
